Easy Tips to Getting Soft Pink Lips

Let's be factual, you can't get soft, pink, kissable lips in one night but you can within a short period of time with these easy tips. So let's read them one by one. *wink*

1. Do not lick your lips. Saliva dries up the lips and dry lips can hardly look soft and pink.

2. Try not to expose your lips to harsh weather like extremely hot, cold or dry weather. That sounds difficult but lip balm can help you weather the storm. Lip balm (not lip gloss) moisturize your lips making them feel softer and look pinker. The brand you choose is important. Make sure you try one and see that it goes with your skin before you buy many. Also, opt for the colourless ones or if it has little colour make sure its pink. For more effect, apply lip balm during the day alone or beneath your lip stick/gloss and apply before you go to bed at night.

3. Stress or illness can cause your lips to be dried and dark. So if you are ill get treated and stay away from stress.

4. Avoid smoking *lips sealed*

5. Never go to bed with your lipstick or lip gloss on! (Rather put on lip balm.)

6. Drink a lot of water and take fruits. These will help keep your lips hydrated, moisturized and healthy looking.

7. Exfoliate your lips! Exfoliation takes off dead skin and makes new and fresh young skin to shine through *Insert magical sound*. Use the tips of your fingers to scrub your lips gently after brushing your teeth in the morning.

8. Also try these natural remedies that help soften and make your lips pinker. Mix granulated sugar and olive oil and rub in a circular motion on your lip then wash off with warm water. You'll love the soft feel that will follow up afterwards. Also, scrubbing your lips with the juice of a cucumber for about 5 minutes every night before bed can work wonders in making your lips look soft and pink.

Let me know how it works for you. :D
